    How to redeem your rebate

    To get you mail-in rebate cheque, follow the 3 easy steps below.

    Which method do you prefer?

    1 Scan or take a picture of all required documents

    Your original
    sales receipt
    This invoice must include: retailer's name, invoice number, date of purchase, flooring product description.
    A proof of
    payment
    The proof of payment is the cash, credit or debit card receipt you received when you made your floor purchase.
    The UPC label from the qualifying product
    Product bar code/UPC label is located on the side of the wood boxes. Include one scan or picture per product/sku#.

    2 Fill the form online
