HOW TO ENTER
The “Win your Mercier wood flooring” contest starts on Wednesday April 8th at 11:00 am and ends on Friday May 1st at 11:59 pm EST. To enter, you must comment on our Facebook post and mention which Mercier wood flooring is your favorite among the pictures shown. https://www.facebook.com/140936226108858/posts/1280223782180091/
ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to all residents of Canada and the USA, 18 years and older. Excluded from entering are Mercier employees, retailers, distributors and/or representatives, or anyone directly or indirectly related to the contest, as well as anyone they respectively share a domicile with. Any contestant who doesn't comply with these rules will be automatically disqualified.
PRIZE AWARDING METHOD
A draw among all eligible participants will take place on Monday May 4th, 2020. The 3 winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger. Winners must make contact before Monday May 11th, 2020 at 10:00 am to verify their eligibility.
For the prize to be awarded to the winner, (s)he must reply to the message and accept that the prize be delivered on Friday April 21st, 2021 at the latest.
The flooring will be delivered to the winner on Friday April 21st, 2021 at the latest.
The names of the winners will be announced in the comments of the contest's post on Mercier Flooring's Facebook page on Monday May 4th, 2020.
Refusal to accept a prize chosen as is, whatever the reason mentioned for such refusal, frees Mercier Wood Flooring from all obligations. No compensation for such refusal can be claimed. In this event, the prize will be cancelled.
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not, at the winner's request, be substituted for another prize or exchanged in whole or in part for cash and/or transferred to another person or applied to a subsequent or prior purchase, no substitution or assignment of prize will be permitted. No cash value will be awarded.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE
The prize consists of Mercier flooring for a maximum of 750 sq.ft. The installation and moldings are not included.
All the Mercier Generations floorings appearing in Mercier's 2020 standard offer are eligible for the contest, with the exception of Herringbone floorings and floorings with Generations Intact 2500 finish.
Flooring transport fees to the nearest Mercier retailer are included for the winner. Flooring transport fees from the Mercier retailer to the winner's domicile are not included and will be covered by the winner.
GENERALITY
By entering this contest, the winners authorize the organizers and their representatives to use, if required, their names, picture, image and/or voice to inform through various media outlets, that they are winners or finalists of the contest, without any form of compensation.
Inscriptions obtained through falsified, counterfeit or fraudulent methods, tardy or incomplete because of technical or technological difficulties, or any other error or reason, can be cancelled under the sole authority of Mercier Wood Flooring.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the present contest, to end it or to suspend it, under their sole discretion, if a technical difficulty, a virus or a computer bug, an unauthorized human intervention, a fraud or any other event or cause out of their control corrupts the administration, security, impartiality or the normal course of this contest or has an harmful effect, under reserve, in Quebec, of the RACJ's approval.
Mercier Wood Flooring is not responsible for technical, mechanical, technological or production errors and can cancel or withdraw the contest in the event of such errors, with no obligation or prior notice, with their sole authority and subjected to the approval of the RACJ.
Mercier Wood Flooring is not responsible for errors or technical difficulties resulting from the breakdown of a server, material or software, transmission problem, loss, modification or alteration of the information transmitted by the participants.
The selected person understands that the organizers, their promotion and publicity agencies, their employees, their agents or representatives cannot be held responsible for any damages that they could incur following the acceptance or the usage of the prize.

The present contest is not sponsored, endorsed, associated to, administered by Facebook. Facebook cannot be held responsible for the organization, the awarding or the results of the contest.
