The store Les Géants du Couvre-Plancher, located in St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec, has been honored with the Retailer of the Year - Consumers award.

2024 Mercier Ambassador
Similar to the Mercier awards that recognize the achievements of 2023, the Mercier Ambassador Award is conferred through a nationwide Canadian competition. Candidates must register and submit a short video presentation to support their candidacy. Afterwards, Mercier tests the candidates' knowledge with a questionnaire about the Mercier brand and product offerings. They are evaluated based on their questionnaire results, and the highest score achieved in the shortest time determines the winner. The winner receives the title of Mercier Ambassador for one year, along with a trophy and a monetary award graciously provided by Mercier Wood Flooring.
With an overall score of 97 points, Alexandra Viau from Plancher 2000 in Laval, Quebec, was awarded the title of Mercier Ambassador 2024.
Territory Manager for the Greater Montreal area, expresses her pride in Alexandra winning this award: "For several years, Alexandra has consolidated her expertise and deepened her knowledge of Mercier flooring through various training activities, factory visits, and a constant curiosity for learning.
