From March 10^th to May 6^th, 2023, Mercier Wood Flooring’s promotion allows consumers to receive a $0.50/sq. ft.mail-in rebate on the purchase of 220 sq. ft. or more of an eligible product.

All standard Mercier wood floors listed in the current Product Chart and on Mercier’s website are eligible for this promotion, with the exception of the PRO Collection.

Promotion period and important dates

To benefit from the $0.50/sq. ft. rebate, all eligible Mercier flooring sales must be made between March 10^th and May 6^th, 2023 inclusively, at a USA Le Plus participating dealer.

All orders related to this promotion must have been received and processed by Mercier’s Customer Service between March 10^th and May 9^th inclusively and should ship to the distributor before June 16^th, 2023.

Eligible products

• All standard Mercier wood floors listed in the current Product Chart and on the Mercier website are eligible for this promotion, with the exception of the PRO Collection.
• Moldings, vents or other accessories are excluded from this promotional offer.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.

To obtain their mail-in rebate cheque, consumers must have sent their claim by August 11^th, 2023.
Claims dated later than this date will be rejected. Mercier reserves the right to reject a claim that does not comply with the conditions, without prior notice to the consumer.

Terms and conditions

• Discount applies on all standard Mercier wood floors listed in the current Product Chart and on the Mercier website are eligible for this promotion, with the exception of the PRO Collection.
• The promotion is valid on a purchase of a minimum of 220 sq. ft. of eligible products.
• Only one rebate claim will be accepted per postal address, valid in the USA only.
• Promotion exclusively available at USA Le Plus Mercier retailers.
• To benefit from the mail-in rebate, the flooring must be entirely paid for between March 10^th and May 6^th, 2023.
• To obtain their mail-in rebate cheque, consumers must have sent in their claim by August 11^th, 2023.
• If eligible to these conditions, and approved by the retailer, Mercier will confirm the compliance and send the consumer a cheque equal to $0.50 per sq. ft. of their paid purchase.
• Consumers must allow 8 to 12 weeks after the end of the promotion for processing.
• Mail-in rebate cheques are void if not cashed within 180 days (6 months).
• Mercier is not responsible for late, lost, unreadable, incomplete forms as well as misdirected or postage-due mail.
• In case of non-compliance to any of these conditions, this offer is void and the mail-in rebate is not applicable.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
• Any fraudulent submission may result in legal action.
• Accessible to end-user consumers only, no dealers, wholesalers, contractors or architects are eligible.
